Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM172A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,241 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM172A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPA, CDC20, and STIL. Each is linked with FAM172A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM172A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM172A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM172A versus CENPA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM172A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM172A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
