Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM166C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,478 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM166C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, and Mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport. Each is linked with FAM166C in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM166C-to-partner and partner-to-FAM166C results are reported.
