FAM163A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM163A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,294 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM163A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYGB, DCHS1, and SAMD14. Each is linked with FAM163A in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM163A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM163A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM163A versus CYGB in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM163A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM163A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
