FAM156A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM156A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,136 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM156A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation, and Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with FAM156A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM156A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM156A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport grouped by FAM156A-low versus FAM156A-high in URINARY_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM156A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM156A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
