The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher FAM153A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM153A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, ESCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where FAM153A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
