FAM13C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM13C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,537 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM13C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPTAN1, NAA50, and NID1. Each is linked with FAM13C in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM13C-to-partner and partner-to-FAM13C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM13C versus SPTAN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM13C→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM13C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
