FAM13C

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM13C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,425 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM13C-associated genes across cancer lineages are LDB3, SLC26A9, and ERBB4. Each is linked with FAM13C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM13C-to-partner and partner-to-FAM13C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM13C versus LDB3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM13C→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM13C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
