FAM13C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM13C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,062 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM13C-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP4, SNRPD3, and EIF2B2. Each is linked with FAM13C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM13C-to-partner and partner-to-FAM13C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FKBP4 grouped by FAM13C-low versus FAM13C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM13C→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM13C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
