FAM13C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM13C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,060 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM13C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, Nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Transport along microtubule. Each is linked with FAM13C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM13C-to-partner and partner-to-FAM13C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis grouped by FAM13C-low versus FAM13C-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM13C→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM13C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
