FAM13C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM13C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM13C-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP10-12, IL2, and WFDC8. Each is linked with FAM13C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM13C-to-partner and partner-to-FAM13C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP10-12 grouped by FAM13C-low versus FAM13C-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM13C→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM13C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
