The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher FAM13B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM13B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, SCLC, and COAD are the cancer types where FAM13B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
