FAM13A

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM13A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FAM13A data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher FAM13A Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM13A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and UCEC show a favorable association.

ACC, LUAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where FAM13A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
