FAM13A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM13A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,199 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM13A-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4orf47, IDI2-AS1, and TRIM2. Each is linked with FAM13A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM13A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM13A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAM13A versus C4orf47 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM13A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM13A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
