FAM13A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM13A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,144 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM13A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF2C, PRC1, and EXOSC9. Each is linked with FAM13A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM13A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM13A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF2C grouped by FAM13A-low versus FAM13A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM13A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM13A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
