The most reproducible FAM13A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process, Lysosomal transport, and Protein targeting to vacuole. Each is linked with FAM13A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM13A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM13A results are reported.
