Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM13A-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,499 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAM13A-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAVIN3, UTP25, and CDK14_S24. Each is linked with FAM13A-AS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM13A-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-FAM13A-AS1 results are reported.
