Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FAM136BP profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FAM136BP expression is associated with patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FAM136BP is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, FAM136BP RNA expression shows 5,476 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight COAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where FAM136BP shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
