Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FAM133GP profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FAM133GP expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FAM133GP is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, FAM133GP RNA expression shows 8,978 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Together, these results highlight KIRC, LUAD, and LIHC as cancer lineages where FAM133GP shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
