Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FAM133CP RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FAM133CP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher FAM133CP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM133CP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and THYM show a favorable association.

KICH, KIRC, and LUSC are the cancer types where FAM133CP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
