Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAM133B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,482 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM133B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Replication fork processing, DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity, and Regulation of sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with FAM133B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM133B-to-partner and partner-to-FAM133B results are reported.
