The most reproducible FAM133A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are SRP-dependent cotranslational protein targeting to membrane, signal sequence recognition, Tie signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of keratinocyte differentiation. Each is linked with FAM133A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM133A-to-partner and partner-to-FAM133A results are reported.
