Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAM126B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,011 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FAM126B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLLT10P2, AATF, and DDX52. Each is linked with FAM126B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAM126B-to-partner and partner-to-FAM126B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MLLT10P2 grouped by FAM126B-low versus FAM126B-high in LGG.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAM126B→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAM126B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
