The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher FAM107B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FAM107B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LIHC, and SCLC are the cancer types where FAM107B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
