FAIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,471 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOL12, MYL6P4, and SFPQP1. Each is linked with FAIM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAIM2-to-partner and partner-to-FAIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOL12 grouped by FAIM2-low versus FAIM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
