FAF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,234 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP418, LONRF2P5, and MIR7976. Each is linked with FAF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAF2-to-partner and partner-to-FAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP418 grouped by FAF2-low versus FAF2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
