FADS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FADS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,368 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FADS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR176, PDLIM7, and PHLDB2. Each is linked with FADS3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FADS3-to-partner and partner-to-FADS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FADS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FADS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
