FADS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FADS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,615 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FADS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FADS1, FAM76B_T215, and FDFT1. Each is linked with FADS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FADS2-to-partner and partner-to-FADS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FADS2 versus FADS1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FADS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FADS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
