FABP9

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FABP9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,164 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FABP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF125, CHRDL1, and SRPX. Each is linked with FABP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP9-to-partner and partner-to-FABP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FABP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→FABP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
