The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher FABP7 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FABP7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, COAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where FABP7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
