Across TCGA patient cohorts, FABP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,998 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FABP7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are U2-type prespliceosome assembly, Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition, and Mitochondrial gene expression. Each is linked with FABP7 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP7-to-partner and partner-to-FABP7 results are reported.
