FABP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FABP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,232 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FABP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP7, E2F6P1, and SALL4P2. Each is linked with FABP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP7-to-partner and partner-to-FABP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP7 grouped by FABP7-low versus FABP7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FABP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→FABP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
