FABP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FABP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,951 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FABP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTC1, FAM162A, and RAB24. Each is linked with FABP6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP6-to-partner and partner-to-FABP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FABP6 versus TTC1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FABP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→FABP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
