Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FABP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 510 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FABP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-440P, MIR190A, and MIR8053. Each is linked with FABP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP6-to-partner and partner-to-FABP6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-440P grouped by FABP6-low versus FABP6-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FABP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→FABP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
