Across TCGA patient cohorts, FABP6-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,078 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FABP6-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitophagy, Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, and Mitochondrial transport. Each is linked with FABP6-AS1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP6-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-FABP6-AS1 results are reported.
