Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FABP6-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FABP6-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher FABP6-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FABP6-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and KIRC show a favorable association.

BLCA, DLBC, and BRCA are the cancer types where FABP6-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
