FAAP20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAAP20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,204 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAAP20-associated genes across cancer lineages are NTF6G, LINC01628, and LINC00901. Each is linked with FAAP20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAAP20-to-partner and partner-to-FAAP20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NTF6G grouped by FAAP20-low versus FAAP20-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAAP20→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAAP20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
