FAAP20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAAP20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAAP20-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL12B, TBR1, and CDC20B. Each is linked with FAAP20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAAP20-to-partner and partner-to-FAAP20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL12B grouped by FAAP20-low versus FAAP20-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAAP20→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAAP20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
