Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, F9 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated F9 data layer compared with 11 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher F9 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated F9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

COAD, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where F9 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
