F8A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, F8A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,390 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F8A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SESTD1, MAGEH1, and VASH2. Each is linked with F8A2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F8A2-to-partner and partner-to-F8A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, F8A2 versus SESTD1 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F8A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→F8A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
