F8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, F8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,112 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESR2, KMT5A, and TRIM49D2. Each is linked with F8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F8-to-partner and partner-to-F8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F8→partner) and Y-score (partner→F8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
