Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, F2RL3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated F2RL3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher F2RL3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated F2RL3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
BLCA, STAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where F2RL3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
