F2RL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, F2RL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 913 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F2RL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-176P, PDZD8, and GPRIN1. Each is linked with F2RL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F2RL1-to-partner and partner-to-F2RL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-176P grouped by F2RL1-low versus F2RL1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F2RL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→F2RL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
