Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, F2R Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated F2R data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher F2R Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated F2R expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC are the cancer types where F2R Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
