F2R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, F2R RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,191 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F2R-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C11orf96, PARVA, and SEPTIN4. Each is linked with F2R in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F2R-to-partner and partner-to-F2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, F2R versus C11orf96 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→F2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
