F2R

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, F2R protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,397 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F2R-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYGD, CALD1, and YAP1. Each is linked with F2R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F2R-to-partner and partner-to-F2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, F2R versus CRYGD in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→F2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
