F2R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, F2R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,892 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F2R-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPCP15, CEP89, and MIR8075. Each is linked with F2R in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F2R-to-partner and partner-to-F2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPCP15 grouped by F2R-low versus F2R-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→F2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
