F2R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, F2R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F2R-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF27, OR10AG1, and RFPL3. Each is linked with F2R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F2R-to-partner and partner-to-F2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF27 grouped by F2R-low versus F2R-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→F2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
