Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, F13B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated F13B data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher F13B mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated F13B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

COAD, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where F13B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
