F13A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, F13A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,075 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F13A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7, FLI1, and COLEC12. Each is linked with F13A1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F13A1-to-partner and partner-to-F13A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, F13A1 versus C7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F13A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→F13A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
