F12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, F12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F12-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC32A1, GML, and IL17F. Each is linked with F12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F12-to-partner and partner-to-F12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC32A1 grouped by F12-low versus F12-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F12→partner) and Y-score (partner→F12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
